TRD Manufacturing

In 1998 Bimba acquired TRD Manufacturing, which represents over 25-years of experience in manufacturing several different types of high-quality NFPA-interchangeable cylinders and specialized cylinders. The original line is available world wide and can be custom designed for specific functions. The Bimba flat cylinders are ideal when the project is being undertaken in a small space, much like miniature air cylinders. The flat cylinders features 304 stainless steel body that prevents corrosion and provides a smooth interior finish that prevents scoring from air supply contaminants resulting in longer piston seal life.

Bamba's Rod Less Cylinders

The magnetically coupled design of Bimba's Rod less Cylinders keeps out metal chips and other leak-causing contaminants for longer cylinder life. These are comprised of lightweight Bimba air cylinder parts, the piston are internally lubricated for long life and they have earth magnet configuration for high magnetic coupling strengths. Double-Wall Cylinders / Repairable Stainless Steel Cylinders are easily repaired and take up very little space. The Double-Wall Cylinders convert into six NFPA mounting styles and utilize "bolt on" mounting kits. The Repairable Stainless Steel Cylinders use a corrosion resistant 303 stainless steel rod guide.
